Customer representatives offer technical advice on energy use and conservation in homes, office buildings, factories, and other workplaces. And we assist customers with billing questions and routine and emergency requests.

Customer Service   

Qualified individuals have a high school or college education good interpersonal skills, computer and keyboarding skills, solid mathematical skills, and the ability to learn the scientific concepts of energy use and conservation. These are largely indoor, office-type jobs that use telephone and computer technology.
